Howdy folks! My name's Jason, but you can call me just about anything really. Some of my more popular aliases include: Jay, Jas, Judas, V, SimplyJason, TacticalHimbo... Point is, a lot of people know me by a lot of things! They also know me by a lot of pronouns, because I use any/all! I do prefer that she/her is left to closer friends, but I don't mind so long as you're not being malicious with it.
I'm 26 years old, and my birthday is on March 15. My native language is English, but I also know German and Spanish! I've been learning German for over a decade now, and consider myself conversational but rusty. As for Spanish, I've only started learning in the past year, so I'm definitely far from holding any conversations.
You can check out the tabs below to learn more about me, but in short, I'm just our average disabled genderqueer enby dog... thing who decided to carve out its own space on the World Wide Web™. So yeah!
CLICK THE TABS BELOW TO LEARN MORE!
Note that the last tab will open up a YouTube link; without spoiling it, there are NO jumpscares, flashing lights, or otherwise triggering content. It's an innocent 10 Hour video. I would never potentially nor willingly risk someone's health, physical or mental.
Like I said above, I'm just your average disabled genderqueer enby dog... thing who's selectively mute, hearing impaired, and visually impaired. I have a nice soup of mental health issues & physical health issues including, but not limited to: C-PTSD, DPDR, Bipolar 2, AUDHD, some sorta reproductive health nightmare, and long covid. Beyond what's wrong with me, here's what's right!
I have a dual-major bachelor's degree in corrections/criminal justice and social work, and it's my goal to work within the advocacy field. Right now, though, I work in social media content moderation and do volunteering with the Smithsonian Institution. I previously did trans advocacy volunteering, until the organization shut down due to pressure by the Trump administration. (Yes, you read that right. The administration threatened queer and otherwise non-conservative organizations under federal indictments utilizing Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) laws!)
I used to list my general political beliefs here, but decided to give them their own tab because I like to yap. If you don't want to read all of that, know that I am a radical leftist who believes nobody is free until we are all free.
I initially included a lot of information about my identity on this page, but I wanted to make a separate page for showing things off! You can view more info HERE. Or, you can check out my PronounsCC page for more!

MOUSELING'S 100 QUESTIONS FOR WEBMASTERS
- 1. Please introduce yourself.
- i think i got that covered above!
- 2. How long have you been making websites?
- properly? since jan 2024, when i established this site! using web3 tools like google sites? maybe 2021/2022... ish? i don't really remember the years i was in college (2018-2022) like, at all, so. somewhere in there!
- 3. And what got you into the hobby?
- initially it was creating directorys of my ocs, as i roleplay on tumblr. however! with how hostile the web has become to folk, i just figured maybe it was time to really try to archive and preserve what little presence i have. smiiles.
- 4. What kind of website are you most interested in?
- any, really! i have a soft spot for personal sites, especially since so many webmasters put so much love into curating these intricate themes and whatnot.
- 5. What's your workflow? Do you plan your websites out thoroughly or do you come up with the design as you go along?
- oh i come up with things as i go. i know my general aesthetic (re: the color choices and graphic choices i've made), but other than that? it's whatever strikes in the moment. i'm constantly redoing pages here because of that.
- 6. Please link to your biggest inspirations.
- imma be real, i went into this hobby with zero inspirations. i dove in head first and then discovered the awesome community! so. check out all the cool folks on my neighbors page instead!
- 7. What's your favourite part about making websites?
- i think my favorite part is being able to see ideas translate. like, i can picture a donut in my head all i want, but i won't have a donut unless i put the work in to either go somewhere that sells them, or make them. and in the case of going places that sell them already, it's like... are they gonna have what i'm picturing? what if they don't? or they do and the flavor is really gross? or the texture is off? i can pretty much solve that by making it. and sure, it's not a guarantee, but at least in that case i can learn from the mistakes made and try again.
- 8. And the thing you struggle with the most?
- anything beyond the basics, tbh... i use a LOT of resources to learn how to do things, and even still the technical aspects are pretty above my paygrade. that's why i've started with sad.grl's template builder and just built on top of it. it's a perpetual learning process (positive).
- 9. Do you keep the same layout on all of your pages? Or do you use different ones?
- i pretty much keep the same layout! i like the consistency for my brain, and it makes things readable. of course, there's elements that differ and a few subpages that really deviate, but! in general, you get what's on the tin.
- 10. How confident are you with CSS?
- i've gotten a bit more confident! i can't build it, but if i see css snippets i can generally figure out what they're meant to do and how to play with them.
- 11. Do you know how to correctly use <dl>?
- nope!
- 12. What is your favourite HTML element?
- honestly br. it's been a lifesaver on this site!
- 13. If you're making a new web page from scratch, what is the first thing you do?
- i pull up a ton of resources and browse free templates. 50/50 on whether i customize a template, or i break it down alongside the resources i look at to see what the elements do so that i can try to replicate them.
- 14. Do you know JavaScript?
- absolutely not.
- 15. How about PHP?
- ... no
- 16. Does your website have a theme that you stick to?
- it does! idk how i'd describe it, though.
- 17. Are you more focused on content or design?
- content! i figure this way, if i can get everything i want down, i can always go back and tidy it up after the fact.
- 18. Do you own a domain name? If not, would you ever want to?
- i don't! i've considered looking into it, but i've seen how much of a struggle it can be, so i really want to do my research before making the financial decision. it's why i waited so long to get supporter on here, honestly.
- 19. What do you think of nostalgia-focused or "retro" websites?
- i love them!
- 20. Is your HTML valid? Do you even check?
- it should be! i know there's a few key spots i consistently have error blips in the neocities code editor, but... if it ain't broke...
- 21. What are your opinion on buttons and banners?
- [with a suspiciously button shaped mouth] idk. they're okay, i guess
- 22. What do you think of button walls in particular?
- visual crack. i love staring at them on non-migriane days! pretty colors go brr, and also it's just neat to see a bunch of graphics that people have put their love into.
- 23. If you started over again, would you make something similar or completely different?
- honestly? i'd probably do it the same, or at least similarly. i love my little passion project, and going in with more knowledge would be nice, but... the pride from figuring things out will always make this special. to me.
- 24. Are you envious of other people's websites?
- sometimes! i wish i had the technical know-how that some of my fellow webmasters do, but ultimately i know that like (with any other skill), i can get there. one day.
- 25. What text editor do you use?
- ... the neocities one
- 26. Why do you use that one?
- it's easy to access, even if not the most reliable at times...
- 27. Do you host your image files on your web server, or on another host?
- i host them on neocities! this was the main reason i brought supporter honestly... i needed more space for them
- 28. This might not be relevant to you, but what's your opinion on the Neocities vs. Nekoweb debate?
- i don't really have one. or i guess my opinion would be "do what you want forever". i don't like the idea that there's one "correct" way to do things, irregardless of hobby or context. if one medium is accessible to someone, they should be able to use it without having people jump down their throats for it. do i wish neocities maybe had a bit more of a robust team beyond kyle? sure! but again, if it works...
- 29. How much server space would you estimate your main website takes up?
- well i know it's 5.29GB, about. and i use, on average, 10-15 of bandwith. so... mathmeticians, do your thing!
- 30. Do you keep local backups of your files?
- yes; once a month i download backups of all my sites and keep them on my computer and backed up on mega
- 31. Do you prefer simple or highly visual websites?
- i don't have a preference! like i said, i just love seeing sites that people have put passion into, whether it's simple or highgly visual. if it's really cookie cutter with no real personality, then... eh... but i'm really not in a position to judge, now am i?
- 32. Do you stick to certain colours? Do you do that on purpose, or is it your subconscious?
- i do, and it's purposeful! my main theme(tm) across social media is inspired by my main sona's colors, as he's been my mascot for the longest time
- 33. Have you ever thought about quitting? Why?
- i wouldn't say quitting outright, but definitely have thought about taking extended hiatuses. most of the time, it'd be due to having a lot of irl shit stacking up. but... it never works out, as i get through grief by putting my mind to more "productive" things.
- 34. Do you have many webmaster friends, or is it a solitary hobby?
- i don't really have many close friends to begin with, and none of them are webmasters! so. it's pretty solitary.
- 35. Do people in your real life know about your website?
- my brother and partner do, yeah!
- 36. Do you update your website very often? How often is "very often"?
- i don't measure the time, but i guess at least three times a month is often enough!
- 37. And the overall design, do you change that much? Why or why not?
- nope! if. it. ain't. broke... in all seriousness, i like it, so it works.
- 38. Is your website more you-focused, hobby-focused, or outside world-focused?
- i'd say it's a balance of me-focused and hobby-focused. to me, my hobbies and my engagement with them is an extension of myself. everything i do is with the intention of self expression, in one form or another.
- 39. Do you do web design professionally?
- oh hell no. no shame to anyone who does! but i get easily burnt out with my own creativity, i wouldn't find joy in doing it on someone else's terms for extended periods like that.
- 40. If not, would you like to? And if you're comfortable answering, what do you do for work?
- again, i wouldn't. as for what i do do (hehe), i'm a social media moderator working with a third party company. i don't work for... popular social media brands which i contractually cannot name, but i work with a company that they outsource their content volume to.
- 41. Do you communicate with people by email very much?
- nope! i prefer more direct methods like discord, though i'm selective on giving it out due to prior experiences.
- 42. Some people reject social media and use websites as a replacement. Do you keep social media outside of your website?
- i do! you can see where i'm at on my about page
- 43. How about instant messengers? Do you use a mainstream one like Discord or Telegram? Or something like Matrix? Do you avoid them?
- i use discord! i've been meaning to branch out into things like telegram and signal, but just haven't, and not even for particular reasons i just. haven't.
- 44. Do you listen to music while you work on websites? If so, what kinds of artists?
- i do! what i listen to depends on my general mood, but you can either check out my fave artists on my about page, or check out my spotify. to name some, though: grandson, system of a down, evanescence, ethel cain, megan thee stallion, kesha, lady gaga, pitbull, shakira, gorillaz, pink floyd, abba, and much... much more.
- 45. Do you keep everything you make on one website, or do you have more than one?
- i have a few! the offshoot sites i have are solely roleplay directors (re: a few biographies, some rules for interaction, etc). pretty much everything is stored right here!
- 46. On a similar note, do you keep to one topic on your site, or many?
- very many.
- 47. Do you present your real self, or at least try? Or do you construct a persona on purpose?
- i used to construct a persona, but nowadays? this is all me, baby! i'm tired of censoring myself for others... which i realize after typing kinda sounds like some alt-right whistle, but i mean in the sense of hiding my neurodivergence from people. i don't want to mask anymore, so... yeah!
- 48. Have you ever made a good friend thanks to your website?
- hmm i wouldn't say so! everyone i've met through engaging with webmastery remains an acquaintance
- 49. Are you happy with the way HTML and CSS currently work?
- sure! it does what it needs to and it's fairly simple.
- 50. What are practices that you think people should avoid?
- hmm... i really can't think of any, honestly. the "controversial" things people do, like using cookie cutter templates, don't really harm anybody or go against the principles of webmastery, imho. we all start somewhere.
- 51. What about under-utilised practices, or things you think people should do more?
- again, i don't really know!
- 52. Do you use a lot of semantic HTML? Or are you guilty of generic structure?
- i'd say mine is pretty basic.
- 53. Do you consider different browsers?
- not really tbh... i work in firefox and things work well on there and on chrome (sometimes i double check but i don't go out of my way).
- 54. Speaking of, what's your preferred browser? Convince your readers why they should use it.
- firefox! so many good extensions to help with navigating the hostility of web3. plus, while i'm still peeved they did it, they made it very easy to opt out of their proposed ai features and have been very transparent about it.
- 55. And what OS are you on?
- unfortunately, windows 11. i have to use it for my job and i haven't had the time to look into converting my old laptop to a linux machine.
- 56. Do you have a strong opinion on that, or do you just happen to use it?
- microsoft can suck it, honestly.
- 57. Are your websites mobile-friendly?
- ehhh sorta? it works, but some of the formatting gets a little lost in translation as the responsivity isn't perfect.
- 58. What are your thoughts on autoplay?
- i don't mind it, but i understand why warnings are needed, and would much prefer people put warnings and disclaimers for the people it genuinely impacts.
- 59. What are your thoughts on webrings? Are you in any?
- love them and yes i am! got a whole page for them.
- 60. Do you have any web shrines? What do you like to see in that sort of page?
- i have one, which is for the band grandson. as for what i like to see? one part i don't have, but love seeing in others, is how the focus of the shrine is impactful to someone. what got them into xyz, how it's shaped them, etc etc.
- 61. Are your websites "cliche", in your opinion?
- oh easily
- 62. What is your ideal website? Are you striving for that, or for something else?
- my ideal website is one that genuinely reflects me and my values. i'd say i've gotten there pretty decently.
- 63. Are you an artist? Do you draw or design your own assets?
- i am, but i don't really make my own assets, no. i've made a few (the buttons for my neighborhood and chat pages, the flag stamps, the gif of my sona running on my homepage, though the sprite was made by someone else)... but my prefered method of creation is a little too complex for what i'm capable of coding. or it just doesn't really fit my vibe.
- 64. What are your favourite resource sites?
- obviously, sadgrl. others include, kiunlo's cursor cave, petrapixel, lockheart love, loveberry, and w3schools.
- 65. Is there a habit you just can't get away from no matter how hard you try?
- accidentally pulling all nighters... relevant both to working on this site and other hobbies i engage it. i can't help it the sun chooses to rise when i'm in the zone.
- 66. What's your biggest advice for a new webmaster?
- don't be afraid of "looking generic" or "looking cringe". people are gonna be elitist assholes in any hobby you get into. you don't need their approval, so stop trying to appease to them and their high horses. just... be you, okay? this is especially true if you're younger. don't think that you have to "grow up" and fit into shit. you don't. you're just gonna end up depressed as hell in your mid-late 20s and hate yourself for it, and it's gonna be a lot harder to return to your roots because you're gonna be fighting yourself the whole way there.
- 67. Do you keep all your styling in CSS? Or do you hard-code some?
- i'd say all of my styling is in my css!
- 68. What do you think of frameset layouts?
- i like them! i use a framset layout on my about page, and i've been thinking of how to do more like that.
- 69. How about table-based layouts?
- again, i like them! i use tables in various places on my site, so props to the people who can make their entire layout like that.
- 70. Do you subscribe to the ideas of "one-column", "two-column" and "three-column" layouts? Do you use any of these?
- i find the categorizations useful enough, and i think my site would count? i have my sidebar and then the main content.
- 71. Do you spend longer on the HTML or the CSS?
- the html! my css is used universally across my site, so i don't really touch it unless i'm adding new elements.
- 72. Have you ever made a page with no CSS? It's useful for your thoughts.
- i have not! but i've seen sites that do this and it does look fun so maybe...
- 73. Do you ever find yourself making layouts with nothing to put on them? Or do you only make layouts when the need arises?
- i only make pages (not even full layouts) when i need them! i'll literally wait forever if i have a concept because i don't wanna put nothing on it.
- 74. Would you consider yourself a beginner? Or advanced? Somewhere in the middle?
- definitely still a beginner!
- 75. Do you have a habit of looking at the source code of websites you visit?
- nope! i rarely open the console unless i need to do something with it, just because it's so... cluttered. for some reason.
- 76. How did YOU learn how to make websites?
- jumping in, fucking around, and finding out! quite literally.
- 77. Do you ever force elements to do things they're not supposed to?
- oh yeah. like i said, there's some errors in the code that are technically errors, but i don't fix them unless it's actively breaking something.
- 78. Thoughts on floating elements?
- i love them! don't have many elements that i need to utilize floating for, but still neat to have as an option.
- 79. When you're sizing stuff, what do you use first? Do you use px, em, %, or something else?
- uhhh usually percentages or px. easier for me to quanitfy!
- 80. Do you have a favourite font?
- surprisingly? no.
- 81. Would you run a website with another person? How would that work?
- i'd be very selective of it, and likely only with my partner. we'd just communicate any big changes, likely make our own hubs on the site, and just share the log in. we trust each other like that.
- 82. Do you surf the Web to find new personal websites very often?
- yeah! i usually peruse the sites of webring members and going down like... a webring rabbit hole where i end up applying to more and finding new sites and such.
- 83. Do you bookmark other people's websites? How would you feel knowing someone else bookmarked yours?
- i bookmark resource sites and the sites of close friends, but i don't go out of my way to really. i'd be surprised if people actually bookmarked mine, even though i know there's some elements that encourage it (re: my long ass courier fanfic)
- 84. What do you want people to be most impressed with when they see your website?
- uhm... i genuinely have no idea, it's hard for me to express being perceived! i guess i take a lot of pride in my about page and modlists so... those from a technical standpoint. from a content standpoint, my art or writing.
- 85. Are you interested in technology outside of websites? Do you collect?
- i am! but i don't collect sadly.
- 86. How often and for how long are you online?
- my screentime is genuinely so embarassing bc i'm truly chronically online. pretty much all day i am, in some form or another (re: online working, or doing hobby related stuff).
- 87. When it comes to your website, who is your target audience?
- i guess older audiences? but not to an explicit degree. really my target audience is me, though, as i make the site solely for my joy.
- 88. Have you ever been interested in XHTML?
- if i'm honest, i didn't know what xhtml was before this... so... looking it up though, i can see the appeal, but i like the flexibility of standard.
- 89. Do you program in general? Have you ever written a program for use with or on your website, not counting simple JavaScript?
- nope and nope!
- 90. Speaking of programs that help you make websites, what do you think of static site generators (SSGs)? Have you ever used one?
- i like ssgs in concept! it just sucks a lot seem to be more web3 oriented (negative). i think? these count? but i've used carrd, weebly, google sites, wordpress, and wix.
- 91. Do you keep a hitcounter? Why or why not?
- i don't! i'm trying to get away from keeping track of numbers, as i feel like it contributes to the negative feelings i have wrt social media as a whole.
- 92. Do you frequent forums? Which ones?
- i don't really frewquent them as much, but i am part of a few good ones! data report (covid 19 tracking), covidsafehotties (covid 19 tracking, resources, and other health tracking), neocities street, and the ovtwo (fan-made recreation of onverse).
- 93. Do you write your page content directly into the editor, or do you prepare it elsewhere, like a text document or a Word document?
- ... i write everything in microsoft sticky notes, then convert it to html and paste it in the editor.
- 94. Do you think you appear cool to others? A more accurate answer now: do other people ever say you're cool?
- i don't think i do, but genuinely people have told me they think i'm cool. i don't get it, but i'll take the compliment!
- 95. Are you embarrassed of your old work? Have you ever deleted everything out of shame?
- i am, mostly wrt my art and writing. i've managed to save a decent chunk of it, but alas... shame gets the best of us all.
- 96. Would you close down your website if you couldn't update it, or would you leave an archive?
- i'd leave it as an archive!
- 97. Do you reveal a lot about yourself on your website? Or are you more secretive?
- i'm fairly selective, just because if i were to be outed or "found out"... well... i live somewhere not so safe and with people who aren't so accepting. so!
- 98. Are you willing to reveal who your best online friend is, and/or if they have a website?
- my partner! easily. sadly i haven't convinced them to host a site... yet... and their social medias are kinda all over so!
- 99. And do you optimise the images on your website?
- nope. in this house we hate webp!
- 100. We're out of time! How do you feel after answering 100 questions? ....other than exhausted.
- i have no strong feelings, but this is cool! now y'all know... slightly more information about me. smiles.
A place to put free-to-use buttons I found/enjoy since I didn't want to make a whole new page for it! Kind of goes with all the other interest-oriented stuff on this page, I think! Sites I used to find buttons include:
Some buttons may have links, others may not! It really all depends what the button is, so feel free to explore! Or don't. I'm not your dad.

I used to loosely watch F1 in my early/mid teens during the Seb Vettel dominance era, but never really got into the sport like I am now! The 2024 season was the first season I dove into, and I've become a changed man. So each year I'll update this list with a tier list of the current grid (minus any mid-season changes). Here's my 2026 rankings, made using this list:
And an honorary mention to these goats who are no longer in the race:
- Sebastian Vettel
- Yuki Tsunoda
This is a more in-depth, but not full, look into my sociopolitcal beliefs. There will not be endorsements for specific parties, candidates, or platforms persay. This might not be worded perfectly, but it's the best I could summarize things without writing entire essays!
- ANTI-CAPITALISM - A broad label denouncing capitalist systems in faor of replacing them with alternative economic systems. I'm not particularly certain where I fall in terms of socialism versus communism, but I just know that capitalism cannot function without human exploitation and systemic white supremacy.
- ANTI-ZIONISM - I support Jewish individuals and acknowledge the generational traumas they have faced, but I oppose the settler-colonialist rhetoric that has been used against primarily Arab individuals and Israeli Holocaust survivors alike; no nationalism is good nationalism. Zionism in practice has resulted in the massacres and genocide of the Palestinian people through outright slaughter and the denial of Palestinian existence at its very core. Likewise, Zionism has done nothing to acknowledge the systemic discrimination and violence against non-White Jewish individuals, and has even perpetuated this colorism. It has also resulted in both historic and modern governments completely dismantling social welfare programs for Holocaust survivors in Israel under the guise of "protecting its people".
- DECOLONIZATION / LAND BACK - Barring some repetition from the above, but no nationalism is good nationalism. This is especially the case when said nationalism has been built on the genocide of indigenous populations across the globe. Colonized peoples deserve independence and autonomy from imperial rule; they deserve their land back, whether through the attainment of sovereign statehood via de jure recognition, or through full incorporation into an existing sovereign state. This ideology, though, does not stop with land. Colonization has bled into every aspect of modern society through the implementation and upholding of systemic white supremacy. I in particular would like to acknowledge that I live on the land of the Seminole, Miccosukee, and Mascogo peoples.
- DECRIMINALIZATION / LEGALIZATION OF SEX WORK - Sex work is real work, and in order to combat the dangers of the field, there has to be legal reconigiton and decriminalization. To deny autonomous workers their rights is to fuel their oppression, and this extends to fields such as prostitution, pornography, stripping, massaging, and more. Sex workers deserve legal recognition as employees, access to unions, access to employment and unemployment programs, and to have healthy employer/employee dynamics. They deserve rights over their bodies and what they choose to do with them, frankly.
- DISABILITY RIGHTS / MAD PRIDE / ANTI-PSYCHIATRY - These categories are lumped together because there is a lot of overlap, but basically all disabled and neurodiverse people deserve human rights and to have their experiences deinstitutionalized. This includes advocating against coercive treatments such as forced sterilization, abusive therpeutic modalities, and forced institutionalization for those deemed "mad". All individuals, no matter how "different" deserve the right to full bodily autonomy and the right to advocate for themselves. I know this one in particular seems ironic given the fact I studied social work, and I'll admit that my mindset has changed over the years, especially as someone who is neurodiverse.
- ENVIRONMENTALISM - A broad movement supporting life, habitate, and surroundings with a focus on the environmental and nature-related aspects of ideology and politics. Climate change is real and systemic (and a product of capitalism). I'd also consider myself fairly anti-car/car-free; we need more urban environments and free public access and transportation. This however, in my opinon, cannot be achieved without disability advocacy.
- FAT LIBERATION - Fat individuals are the targets of systemic discrmination, particularly within the medical field (in addition to employment, education, personal relationships, and the media). Aggressive diet promotion and, nowadays, the promotion of insulin-controlling drugs as "weight loss tools" is oppressive, and leads to an increase of psychological and physiological problems among fat people. In addition, weight discrimination directly contributes to what's known as "disease burden", or the quantified impact of a health problem on a population, as medical professionals will often and are trained to refuse intervention methods on fat patients regardless of safety and efficacy (and instead promote weight loss/attribute all health concerns to weight rather than environmental and hereditary factors). In truth, the health issues of being fat have been exaggerated or misrepresented in data science for decades. Health exists at every size, and being fat is not an inherent sign of being unhealthy.
- INTERSECTIONAL FEMINISM - A branch of feminism dedicated to examining how various forms of discimination overlap and compound one another. Oppressive structures such as racism, classism, ableism, and sexism do not operate in isolation, and in order to address one issue we must address them all.
- PRO-CHOICE - The bodies of people who can become pregnant belong to them and them alone. They have the sole choice on whether they should, or more importantly could, carry a pregnancy to full term. Religious beliefs surrounding the matter are only important if they belong to the pregnant person; a clinician's sole purpose is to operate based on the best medical standards, not interject their personal beliefs onto patients.
- RESTORATIVE JUSTICE / ANTI-DEATH PENALY / PRISON ABOLITION - Punishment without restoration is ineffective. Harm can only be reduced when there is involvement by the harmed party, and when true accountability is held. I believe in victim empowerment first and foremost, as the imminent threat of punishment often leads victims to avoid reporting harm done due to fear of backlash and impact. This is especially true when the victims are marginalized and there is a societal imabalance in their perception compared to that of the one who caused harm. As such, institutions that operate solely on retributive justice (jails and prisons) should be abolished. This also extends to the death penalty, which I believe should be abolished under the principle that no state nor government should have the right to play executioner, as the definition of legality and morality are largely (if not wholly) depending on the upholding of white supremacy within these insitutions.
- TRANSFEMINISM - A branch of feminism dedicated to centering the experiences and rights of transgender individuals, but especially transgender women and transfeminine individuals. There cannot be broad nor meaningful feminist liberation without our sisters.
- YOUTH LIBERATION - Children are not inanimate objects; they are people. They should be able to advocate for themselves and have access to information and resources surrounding themselves, their roles in society, and their bodies. It is wholly possible to provide age-appropriate sexual education to youth. Youth should also be able to express boundaries, no matter how simplistic, to authoritative family members without the fear of pushback, criticism, or abuse (ex: children should not be forced to give relatives hugs, kisses, or other platonic physical contact). Likewise, using physical punishment on a child is abuse (this includes spanking).

A collection of quotes from (mostly) video games and television shows that have irreparably changed me as a person; This list is non-exhaustive and constantly updating!
ALIEN ISOLATION...
- I needed to protect you; don't worry... I'm sure I'll see you very soon.
- Save myself? From death, is that it? Is that why I've come here? I'm not afraid to die! At times I've welcomed death.
- I know I'm guilty of something, but punishment hardly ever suits the victims of a crime.
- Threats, promises, and good intentions don't amount to action.
- Ah, Alice. We can't go home again. No surprise really. Only a very few find the way, and most of them don't recognize it when they do. Delusions, too, die hard with memory. Only the savage regard the endurance of pain as the measure of worth. Forgetting pain is convenient, remembering it: agonizing. But recovering the truth is worth the suffering and our Wonderland, though damaged, is safe in memory... for now.
- …there is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me, only an entity, something illusory, and though I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable: I simply am not there. It is hard for me to make sense on any given level. Myself is fabricated, an aberration. I am a noncontingent human being. My personality is sketchy and unformed, my heartlessness goes deep and is persistent. My conscience, my pity, my hopes disappeared a long time ago (probably at Harvard) if they ever did exist. There are no more barriers to cross. All I have in common with the uncontrollable and the insane, the vicious and the evil, all the mayhem I have caused and my utter indifference toward it, I have now surpassed. I still, though, hold on to one single bleak truth: no one is safe, nothing is redeemed.
- It strikes me profoundly that the world is more often than not a bad and cruel place.
- A curtain of stars, miles of them, are scattered, glowing, across the sky and their multitude humbles me, which I have a hard time tolerating.
- This is true: the world is better off with some people gone. Our lives are not all interconnected. That theory is crock. Some people truly do not need to be here.
- I get an odd feeling that this is a crucial moment in my life and I'm startled by the suddenness of what I guess passes for an epiphany.
- The right move is always going to be the hardest, but it's worth it.
- Life is always full of regrets. Trying to make up for your regrets is how you live it.
- Pacifism is a fine thing, and it only has a meaning when the strong uphold it.
- I don't know where this will lead. I don't how it's going to look. But a path is looking up to me… I'm just gonna keep moving forward.
- Let me put your mind at ease, Jimmy. You don’t have to make up with me. We don’t have to understand each other. Things are fine the way they are. Hey. I don’t want to hurt your feelings… But the truth is you’ve never mattered all that much to me.
- What do I want? Respect. I want to make my own decisions, go my own way. I don't want anyone to even think of playing me. And I don't want to be looking over my shoulder.
- Him? You think the... chicken man? Heh. What a joke. Alvarez has been paying me for years; years. But you know what? I would have done it for free. Because I hate every last one of you psycho sacks of shit. I opened Lalo's gate, and I would do it again. And I'm glad what they did to him. He's a soulless pig, and I wished I'd killed him with my own hands. And you know what else, Hector? I put you in that chair. Oh, yeah. Your heart meds? I switched them for sugar pills. You were dead and buried, and I had to watch this asshole bring you back. So when you are sitting in your shitty nursing home and you're sucking down on your Jell-O night after night for the rest of your life, you think of me, you twisted fuck.
- Duly noted. Wanna know what I think? I think you're way out of your depth in this matter. So the next time that you want to come in here and tell me what I'm doing wrong, you are welcome to keep it to yourself. Because I don't care!
- You made a mistake, and they are never forgetting it. As far as they're concerned, your mistake is just it's who you are, and it's all you are.
- All I can do is wait. That's it. That's the only good option. Hold on, bide my time, and wait [...] For the cancer to come back.
- Shut the fuck up and let me die in peace.
- Say the words. Say you want this. Nothing happens until I hear you say it.
- You're early lucky, you know that? You didn't have to wait your whole life to do something special.
- I've gone where the universe takes me my whole life. It’s better to make those decisions for yourself.
- What is the greatest lie every created? What is the most vicious obscenity ever perpetrated on mankind? Slavery? The Holocaust? Dictatorship? No. It's the tool with which all that wickedness is built: altruism. Whenever anyone wants others to do their work, they call upon their altruism. Never mind your own needs, they say, think of the needs of... of whoever. The state. The poor. Of the army, of the king, of God! The list goes on and on. How many catastrophes were launched with the words "think of yourself"? It's the "king and country" crowd who light the torch of destruction. It is this great inversion, this ancient lie, which has chained humanity to an endless cycle of guilt and failure. [...] And so, I asked myself: in what country was there a place for men like me - men who refused to say "yes" to the parasites and the doubters, men who believed that work was sacred and property rights inviolate. And then one day, the happy answer came to me, my friends: there was no country for people like me! And that was the moment I decided... to build one.
- You think you gonna finish me in here, you old fruit? The other saps you tossed in this meat locker all panicked like rabbits. I just watched and waited. And when they started to kick, I started to scavenge. Made myself a little Splicer cocktail, I did. If you can’t come in from the cold, then you gotta grow ice over your heart. And the iceman cometh, Sander baby. The iceman fucking cometh.
- Look Delta. It's the world for which you strive. You...alone among the dead.
- Love is just a chemical, we give it meaning by choice.
- There is a time for everything, a time to live and a time to die, a time to build and a time to DESTROY!
- This world values children, not childhood.
- We all make choices, but in the end our choices make us.
- Remember, I'll always be here for you. Even if you can't see me. Because I love you.
- Have a cry, check. Pick myself up, check. Dust myself off, check. And keep going.
- Well look, sometimes special people come into our lives, stay for a bit. Then they have to go.
- When you put something beautiful out into the world, it's no longer yours really.
- It gets easier. Every day it gets a little easier. But you gotta do it every day — that's the hard part.
- Oh Bojack, no. There is no other side. This is it.
- Sometimes, life's a bitch and then you keep living.
- It doesn't get better and it doesn't get easier. I can't keep lying to myself, saying that I'm going to change. I come from poison. I have poison inside me, and I destroy everything I touch. That's my legacy. I have nothing to show for the life that I've lived, and I have nobody in my life who's better off for having known me.
- You can't keep doing shitty things and then feel bad about yourself like that makes it okay. You need to be better! ... You are all the things that are wrong with you.
- You're flying now, you see things much more clear than from the ground. It's all okay, or it would be were you not now halfway down.
- There are people in your life that help you become the person you end up being, and you can be grateful for them, even if they were never meant to be in your life forever.
- You come by it honestly, the ugliness inside you. You were born broken. That's your birthright.
- I can't, sir. You're my commanding officer, Captain. My mission is you.
- The healthy human mind doesn't wake up in the morning thinking this is its last day on Earth. But I think that's a luxury, not a curse. To know you're close to the end is a kind of freedom. Good time to take...inventory. Out-gunned. Outnumbered. Out of our minds. On a suicide mission. But the sand and the rocks here, stained with thousands of years of warfare... They will remember us. For this. Because out of all our vast array of nightmares, this is the one we choose for ourselves. We go forward like a breath exhaled from the Earth. With vigor in our hearts and one goal in sight: We. Will. Kill him.
- All warfare is based on deception. For years, the West hypocrisy has made the world a battlefield. The corrupt talk while our brothers and sons spill their own blood. But deceit cuts both ways. The bigger the lie, the more likely people will believe it, and when a nation cries for vengeance, the lie spreads like a wildfire. The fire builds, devouring everything in its path. Our enemies believe that they alone dictate the course of history, and all it takes is the will of a single man.
- Listen only to the sound of my voice. Let your mind relax. Let your thoughts drift. Let the bad memories fade. Let peace be upon you. Surrender yourself to your dreams. Let them wash over you like the gentle waves of the bluest ocean. Let them envelop you. Comfort you. Imagine somewhere calm. Imagine somewhere safe. Imagine yourself in a frozen forest. You're standing in a clearing. Trees around you so tall, they touch the sky. Pure white snowflakes fall all around. You can feel them melt on your skin. You are not cold. It cannot overcome the warmth of your beating heart. Can you hear it? You only have to listen.
- Mason, my friend...Tell me...What is left to believe in, when you are betrayed by your own? When all that you are, all that you have done, is buried beneath the lies and the deceit of corrupt men. I will die in this wretched place... The only thing that keeps me alive is the thirst for vengeance.
- One year. I gave you one year to make your peace with your God. And what do you do? Celebrate the day you killed my wife. One year I gave you, while I assembled my armies. And now I bring your death. You had your chance.
- Killing you was the point. Living through it was just a luxury.
- Oh, the world will still be here, Belmont. Trees will still grow, birds will still sing, animals will still hump away in the undergrowth. But you won't be here. And you won't be here. None of you. The sun will still set, but you will not see it rise [...] Imagine it. A world without humans, under endless invented night. And Dracula in his castle... his revenge so horribly complete, that there is nothing left to do but look out over a world without art or memory or laughter, and know that he did his work well. That he did it all for love.
- You are the greatest of your people, Isaac. You have a soul, I think. Perhaps that is more valuable to the world to come than a dusty collection of books and apparatus. Or perhaps you simply deserve a better fate than to die instead of me. [...] Then, I regret only that I have taken a choice for you.
- You didn't kill me before. You won't kill me now. You want this to end as much as I do. [...] You died when my mother died, you know you did. This entire catastrophe has been nothing but history's longest suicide note!
- My boy. I'm- I... I'm killing my boy. Lisa... I'm killing our boy. We painted this room, we... made these toys. It's our boy, Lisa. Your greatest gift to me, and I'm killing him... I must already be dead.
- Give yourself time. Ideas'll come. Life'll shake you, roll you, maybe embrace you. The music'll find you.
- You've never backed down from anything in your life, even when you maybe should've. You go through Night City knowing a stray bullet could end you while hailing a cab. But that's never stopped you from taking action, going where you needed to go. And it won't stop you now. [...] You have been keeping up. You've made an impact. Not a single thing in this world isn't in the process of becoming something else. Likewise you. Never look back. If you gotta kill, kill. If you gotta burn it all to the ground, then let it burn.
- He's fucked in the head, the world's fucked in the head, and YOU'RE fucked in the head because MY fucked up head is inside it. Guess if you wanna save the world, that's the first step; get fucked in the head.
- Test of a person's true value? Death. Facing it, staring it down. You still got a chance to be somebody.
- We all lap up the last of our fuel eventually, but that hardly means the journey wasn’t a joy.
- Before it all goes dark… for one last second, I’ll know I wasn’t alone.
- Your body can be chrome... But the heart never changes. It wants what it wants.
- We shouldn’t fear change itself, but only who we might change into.
- I just want the world to know I was here; that I mattered.
- Being holed up in here, I bet you have no idea how beautiful the outside world is, do you? How harsh it is? The world didn’t change into what it is now for mankind’s sake. It’s trying to change for the life that comes next.
- When I found out I was going to be a father, I was so scared. I had to be there for you and your mother, no matter what. I couldn't just go off and get myself killed anymore. But I had it wrong. Being a father didn't make me scared, it made me brave. Don't make the same mistake. Be yourself. Be free.
- Keep on keeping on.
- A mirror hangs above a bent and broken sink. In a fierce discharge of masculine energy, someone has ripped half the faucet off. Was this not the same élan that founds empires and lays waste to cities, virile, uncaring toward the little things? Probably not, no. Hot water sprays from the faucet’s space and steam covers the mirror. You cannot see yourself, just a vague impression of a man. Suddenly, you realise you have no memory of the face that awaits you there, underneath the soft vapour. [Wipe the mirror.] As you slowly reach your hand toward the surface of the mirror… Abort! You clearly have not thought this through. You won’t like what you will see there—and you will never un-become it.
- The lieutenant doesn't say anything, but gives you a quick smile, before turning away. [Composure. Medium: Success] He's incapable of blushing, but if he weren't—he'd blush.
- Just make sure you don't lose him. You'll not find another like him... It's true in more ways than you know.
- As long as there is mankind, there is also meaning.
- I NEED YOU. YOU CAN KEEP ME ON THIS EART. BE VIGILANT. I LOVE YOU.
- No. This is somewhere to be. This is all you have, but it's still something. Streets and sodium lights. The sky, the world. You're still alive.
- Your partner is even more repressed than you are. It would do you both a world of good to spend a little more time getting in touch with your bodies.
- When power calls you, you come. But power itself is a fragile trick of perception.
- A grey rain falls on Martinaise. The city soaks in it, cold and dripping. Waves hit the concrete breakers. The homeless huddle by the fires behind the fences. There, among the shacks, is your home. Stay. Have a drink. Forever.
- Subdue the regret. Dust yourself off, proceed. You'll get it in the next life, where you don't make mistakes. Do what you can with this one, while you're alive.
- Something beautiful is going to happen.
- The mask of humanity falls from capital. It has to take it off to kill everyone - everything you love, all the love and tenderness in the world. It has to take it off, just for one second. To do the deed.
- Moralists don't really have beliefs. Sometimes they stumble on one, like on a child's toy left on the carpet. The toy must be put away immediately. And the child reprimanded. Centrism isn't change -- not even incremental change. It is control.
- You bring violence and war to thwart the dark realm, but conflict was born in Hell. It is inevitable... a fire that fuels creation and gives purpose where there is none. ... Stand and fight, Slayer. Honor your true God. Fight and show me your purpose.
- You were never one of us. You were nothing but a usurper. A false idol. My eyes have been opened. Let me help you to see, Slayer.
- Against all the evil that Hell can conjure, all the wickedness that mankind can produce, we will send unto them... only you. Rip and tear, until it is done.
- You may not agree with our research but know this: we exploited Hell and its resources because it was in mankind's best interest to do so. What you see now in this facility is the cost of progress.
- My immortality is assured, while you will writhe in perpetual agony at the bottom of the darkest hole in Hell. You will be forgotten. Your life, your loved ones, your achievements, and failures are nothing. A blank space on the canvas of time. Thank you for your service. May you rot in Hell.
- So you walk eternally through the shadow realms, standing against evil where all others falter. May your thirst for retribution never quench, may the blood on your sword never dry, and may we never need you again.
- Change is coming to the world. Many fear change and will fight it with every fiber of their being. But sometimes, change is what they need most. Sometimes, change is what sets them free.
- That's the world. Everything you build, it tears down. Everything you've got, it takes—and it's gone forever. The only choices you get are to lie down and die or keep going. He kept going. That's as close to beating the world as anyone gets.
- I've done so much wrong... Allow me to do one last thing right.
- Beg that I succeed, for I have seen the throne of the gods—and it was empty.
- We stand upon the precipice of change. The world fears the inevitable plummet into the abyss. Watch for that moment... and when it comes, do not hesitate to leap. It is only when you fall that you learn whether you can fly.
- Reach down into your heart and you'll find many reasons to fight: Survival. Honor. Glory. But what about those who feel it's their duty to protect the innocents? There you will find a warrior savage enough to match any dragon; and in the end, they'll retain what the others don't: their humanity.
- Ask yourself, how is it that mighty gods die, yet the Daedra stand incorruptable? How is it that the Daedra forthrightly proclaim themselves to man, while the gods cower behind statues and the faithless words of traitor-priests? It is simple... they are not gods at all. The truth has been in front of you since you first were born. The Daedra are the true gods of this universe.
- Men are but flesh and blood. They know their doom, but not the hour.
- By superhuman effort, you can avoid slipping backwards for a while. But one day, you'll lose a step, or drop a beat, or miss a detail... and you'll be gone forever.
- I have a waited a long time for you, Champion of Old Tamriel. You are the last gasp of a dying age. You breathe the stale air of false hope.
- Never compromise. Never blink. Never wink at injustice. Never quit trying to make this a better city for everyone.
- What is better - to be born good, or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?
- You do not even know our tongue, do you? Such arrogance, to dare take for yourself the name of Dovah!
- And so the First Dragonborn meets the Last Dragonborn at the summit of Apocrypha.
- Respice ad me, Deamonium.
- What I am about to do, has not been approved by the Vatican.
- The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.
- Lord help me. Somebody please help me. This is too much for me. I'm so afraid; please let me escape this place. I just want to go home! I'll do whatever you want, just take me away from here—I swear it!
- I survived the nightmare, but did I really do the right thing? I don't know what is real anymore. My faith is weak, and I feel a dark shadow over me.
- Gary is a normal human being, just like you and me. I had to show Him what I could be for Him: The first to perform the Ritual willingly. I've done more for Gary than Amy ever did. And now… I am beyond.
- [Perception] If I listen closely, I can hear my genes crying.
- Did you ever try to put a broken piece of glass back together? Even if the pieces fit, you can't make it whole again the way it once was. But, if you're clever, you can use the pieces to make other useful things. Maybe even something wonderful, like a mosaic. Well, the world broke just like glass. And everyone's trying to put it back together like it was, but it'll never come together the same way.
- Who are you, that do not know what your history?
- I have been baptized twice, once in water, once in flame.
- I don't enjoy killing, but when done righteously, it's just a chore, like any other.
- War. War Never changes. Women/Men do, through the roads they walk. And this road, has reached it's end.
- We shall see how brave you are when nailed to the walls of Hoover Dam, your body facing west so you may watch your world die.
- No need for bombs, when hate will do.
- You just gave us back all these lives... I can't take the chance of losing them. I've made a lot of tough decisions since I took this position. But none of them harder than this one. You saved us, but you'll kill us. I'm sorry. You're a hero... and you have to leave.
- In a world full of misery and uncertainty, it is a great comfort to know, that in the end, there is a light in the darkness.
- When I lay down my flag it will be over my body or over a country I believe in.
- I should kick your fucking ass, who is this? Oh? A wise guy huh? Look, I'm tracing you right now, pal. We'll see how smart you feel with internal security all over your frickin' ass. Dickhead! Ah, a few more moments and I'll have your sorry ass in a sling. Hey, wait a minute. This can't be right… I’ve got you somewhere on the mainland- I’ve got you, at Poseidon Oil, reactor number five. Ah, well why don't you just sit tight and I'll order up a little celebration for you. Including fireworks. Whoever you are, I just dispatched a verti-assault team to your location. Have a nice day.
- You are a lion. And we eat the fucking lambs.
- Take me into your heart. Accept me as your savior. Nail me to the fucking cross and let me be reborn!
- I am your Father, and you are My Child.
- God will not let you take me.
- You did it. You passed your test. But now, you’re all alone. You’re weak. And we know what happens to the weak.
- If violence is the only language you choose to speak, then I’ll speak your language.
- Despite all that you have done, you are not beyond salvation. You're not here by accident or chance.
- You can't break a man the way you break a dog, or a horse. The harder you beat a man, the taller he stands. To break a man's will, to break his spirit, you have to break his mind. Men have this idea that we can fight with dignity, that there's a proper way to kill someone. It's absurd, its anesthetic, we need it to endure the bloody horror of murder. You must destroy that idea. Show them what a messy, terrible, thing it is to kill a man, and then show them that you relish in it. Shoot to wound, and then execute the wounded, burn them, take them in close combat. Destroy their preconceptions of what a man is and you become their personal monster. When they fear you, you become stronger, you become better. But let's never forget, it's a display, it's a posture, like a lions roar, or a gorilla thumping at his chest. If you lose yourself in the display, if you succumb to the horror, then you become the monster. You become reduced, not more than a man, but less. And it could be fatal.
- Ah... to whom am I speaking? Hm? The son who returned to scatter his mother's ashes, or the lunatic who has murdered his way to the top of my mountain? If I was speaking to the first guy, then I would say, "Sit down. Let's be civilized. Enjoy some food." But... we tried that before, didn't we?
- The only reason we are standing here is we didn't wait for one person to solve all our problems. "When tyranny is law... revolution is order." [...] Yara is yours. Don't fuck it up.
- There were no signs. It came without warning. Doom came to us all, the desperate few who struggled to survive. Perhaps we had a chance for peace, but desperation and trust are seldom allies. So began a millennium of conflict, a thousand years of war. The greatest warriors the world has ever known, the reason they fight lost to the ages. And yet, here they still stand searching for a sign of peace. I will show them... I am Apollyon. I bring war.
- I will rain down every agony—every violation imaginable—upon you. I will parade your cold body from every corner of every realm, and feed your soul to the vilest filth in Hel. That is my promise.
- Perhaps imagining a fair fight is to honor them as life did not.
- I remember how it felt to take that throne. All that it meant. And all that it did not. A god of war... A god of pain. Of suffering. Of destruction. The Norns said I chase a redemption that I know I can never deserve. What does that make me? God of fools A god of... Hope. "When all else is lost..." You lost everything and everyone. And you became... There is no forgiving you. YOU CHOSE... I chose. What now? Should I, this same man, should I sit? Take? Proclaim? Lead? Place myself in service? In service. Should I... Lose everything and everyone... Will there still be enough left inside so that I do not become you? I do not know, but I have hope. You are cruel, and arrogant, and selfish. But... You are more than that. You have always been more than what other saw. You are more than that.
- Death can have me when it earns me.
- n moments of crisis, panic does nothing. Harness it, let it serve you.
- What do you think you know of godhood? In your lifetime has anyone ever worshipped you? Ever prayed to you? Can you even imagine that kind of love? No! You don't care about anything beyond yourself; beyond the monster who kills without cause.
- I came to these lands to escape my past. To start a new life. I can hide no longer. I do not want this war. We have suffered enough. Prophecy did not lead us here. Nor will it win this battle. Wars are won by those who are willing to sacrifice everything. If that is the cost of vengeance... so be it.
- No! No, I don't want to hear it... You don't even know what sorry means. [...] Oh, but some of us were bigger fools than others, aren't we? I gave you everything: my skills, my friendship, my home, my secrets, my treasures... and you just kept taking! And now what have I got? Not even my family. You want "sorry"? This is what sorry looks like.
- To be honest... I don't think I can do either. There's still a part of me that is so... angry. And it'll always be... It'll always be angry. But no, you are not the one who needs to die. I do see that.
- The culmination of love is grief. And yet we love despite the inevitable, we open our hearts to it. When the pyre is spent and you've gathered my ashes, spread them from the highest peak in all the realms. You will do this for me. To grieve deeply... is to have loved fully. Open your heart to the world as you have opened it to me, and you will find every reason to keep living in it.
- War isn't hell. War is war and Hell is hell, and of the two, war is a lot worse. Tell me, who goes to Hell? [...] There are no innocent bystanders in Hell. But war is chock full of them. Little kids, cripples, old ladies. In fact, except for a few of the brass, almost everybody involved is an innocent bystander.
- I know you'd never give me the gun to protect myself. So the least I can do... is make sure he never gets it either.
- It seems insects have even created poetry... what a remarkable evolution... (Hideki Kamiya; Calling out racists re: Assassin's Creed Shadows)
- So this is how liberty dies. With thunderous applause.
- The therapist was right. I need to face my past. So I'm going to kill them all.
