MISC. INFO
Ghost owns the Great Chaparral Clubhouse on 101 Route 68, and a small home on 140 Zancudo Ave.
Their club’s emblem is a skull with lightning rods as the crossbones.
Ghost primarily dabbles in counterfeit cash and weed, though is considering expanding the business to methamphetamine and cocaine.
At some point, Rhys was possessed by a demon. This possession hasn’t made much of an impact on his life, save for the solid white eyes and a handful of low-level powers (astral perception, enhanced senses of smell/taste).
BACKGROUND.
Born and raised in Blaine County, Rhys had an interesting childhood out in the desert. His family never stayed in one place, moving around to different trailer parks across the county when things got “tough”. The reality was that Rhys’ mother and father were in and out of jail, and often moved residence to evade the police when they acquired warrants for their arrest. There were even a few times the family temporarily resided in Los Santos, living in abandoned apartments or residing alongside “contacts”.
Due to this lifestyle, Rhys often found himself in trouble when he did attend school. Petty arguments over late assignments turned to fights in the schoolyard with classmates, vandalism, and sneaking cigarettes into the bathroom. Naturally, Rhys entered what many refer to as the school-to-prison pipeline and spent most of his high school years in and out of juvenile detention. When he turned 18, his first introduction to the adult justice system occurred when he got into a heated argument with his father, which escalated into a rough brawl.
From there, Rhys spent his early adulthood in and out of the system much like his parents (though he never ran from the law, and rather charged them head-on, racking up numerous “assault on an officer” charges to his record). During his numerous sentences, Rhys earned the nickname ghost after stealing a handful of contraband items while a guard was in the room, seemingly looking right at him.
While behind bars, Rhys joined up with a group known as “The Saints”, and when they’d gotten out, the group established their own motorcycle club. Rhys was 24 at this time, and assumed leadership of the club at age 30 when the establishing president (Kent Kaiser) was killed in prison. As the acting president of The Saints MC, Rhys rules Route 68 with his crew. He tends to stay up in Blaine County, often butting heads with the Lost MC and Aztecas, and runs counterfeit cash and marijuana into Los Santos.
