Born and raised in Valencia, Scarlett was surrounded by beautiful historic buildings and the scenic coast. She lived a fairly normal life alongside her family. After graduating from high school, Scarlett went to trade school to specialize as an Automotive Technician. She opened her own shop upon program completion (sometime in her 20s), and sees a fair amount of business due to the heavy flows of tourism within the region.
Things went well until some peculiar clients came in with a vehicle.
The clients had seemed in a rush, and kept watching her as she worked on the vehicle. While she didn’t mind allowing clients to watch as she worked, as she’s very passionate about her career and encourages folks to take up a trade skill, something had felt off about the men watching her that day. While working on the vehicle, she noticed some parts that had looked out of place, and she had begun to investigate when one of the men had grabbed her and bashed her head against the vehicle. It wasn’t until she had woken up in an unknown location that she realized she had gotten too curious, and had become a “witness” to an arms smuggling operation. Pleading for her life, Scarlett struck a deal with her captors and agreed to become a gun runner for Euro Firearms. She has been working with them for approximately a decade, which in that time she has also made many connections in the criminal underworld and began a website called “Passports R Us”. This site specializes in the forgery of passports.
As of current, Scarlett continues to maintain her shop while allowing her employers to use the business as a front for transportation and smuggling. Additionally, she works with a team of expert forgery artists to produce and sell fake passports, and she will travel internationally to aid in smuggling operations should she be needed.
